3M™️ Scotchbond Universal Adhesive is a leading line of dental adhesives used to bond composite restorations, cements, and sealants to both tooth structures and indirect restorative materials (like zirconia and metal).
INDICATIONS
Indications for direct restoration:
– Adhesion of the composite or compomer for all kinds of direct restorations.
– Desensitization of the root surface.
– Sealing of dentin prior to cementing amalgam restorations.
– Protective coating for glass ionomer-based restorative materials.
– Repair of restorations with composite or compomer.
– Adhesion of pit and fissure sealants.
Indications for indirect restoration:
– Primer for restorations with zirconium, alumina, metal or glass ceramic. – Veneer bonding with RelyX™️ Veneer Cement.
– Indirect restoration bonding in combination with RelyX™️ Ultimate cement.
– Adhesion of materials for the construction of self-curing or dual-curing stumps and resin cements (with the Scotchbond™️ DCA Dual Poly
